What is The Countdown to Christmas Expo?

Twas the middle of the summer and some of Santa's elves were looking to get people together to celebrate that there were only 158 days until Christmas.  The Countdown to Christmas Expo is a Christmas themed event will have wide variety of crafters, vendors, entertainment and DIY Workshops, all in one place inside the air conditioned Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center.

Start your Holiday Shopping from crafters and other vendors with products that will be at the top of your Christmas list or give you ideas for your Holiday parties and Decorating.

The elves are  working on having the boss make an appearance to take pictures or to participate in Santa sack races.  They are waiting to see if Santa is going to be on vacation and the reindeers are available on July 20.  Tickets are $5 at the Door or if you want to buy in advance or with a credit card, tickets are available in advance for $4.99.

11am to 4pm:  NAPKIN FOLDING – learn creative ways to add style to your dinner table tutorial and instructions available at the Bar
11am to 4pm:  HOLIDAY COCKTAILS  & Demonstrations, enjoy one of our signature cocktails -
Winter Wonderland,  Poinsettia Mimosa or a Toasted Marshmallow – while you shop.  Drinks and recipe cards available at the Bar
11am to 1pm:   KID’s COOKIE DECORATING put your creativity into a tasty treat, Age 12 & under, while supplies last
11am to 12pm:  SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN – the big guy takes a break from his summer vacation to bring us some Christmas Cheer and Holiday Treats
Twas the summer before Christmas, when all through the trees, There were creatures buzzing, there was even a warm breeze. But we missed the Christmas spirit; the thought brought a tear to our eye, So we decided why not start a Count Down for Christmas in July! How about July 20th, that will mark the day, To start off our mid-summer count down the right way. We clapped and cheered as we thought with glee, 158 days until Christmas right ahead of me! So as Santa’s elves it was up to us, To get people together to celebrate and make a big fuss! There will be crafters, vendors, entertainment and DIY Demos; We have to start quick to get people this cheery Holiday memo. But the heat! The heat! We remembered in surprise!  We are not used to sweat; it may drop in our eyes! Yes, the air will be hot; it won’t be like winter, So we thought lets host it inside the cool Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center.
